CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected events may occasionally arise. Please note that cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will require you to call our team rather than using our booking platform. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we ask that you please review and adhere to the following policies: Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee at 50% of the services booked, which must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice, whether by forgetting or choosing not to attend, will be considered a “no-show.” The full session fee will be charged for all missed appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Depending on your arrival time, your therapist will determine whether there is sufficient time to begin the session. Please note that the full session fee will still apply, regardless of the shortened duration. Out of respect for our therapists and other clients, we kindly ask that you plan accordingly and arrive on time.
